Yoga Zoo is for children ages 4-11 and is led by Missie Ryan. This class provides fun, exercise, and an unrecognized discipline for kids. Children are able to release stress and anxiety and become more focused by learning breath, poses, stillness and meditation. Almost all poses take the role of an animal and the children imitate the animals. Games are included. Classes are about 30-45 minutes. Cost is $10 per child.
