During the 1900's Mary, an orphaned English child, is sent to live in an English mansion with a crippled, aloof uncle. Although spoiled and haughty, Mary eventually befriends the gardener who tells her about a secret garden. Later with Dickon, a village boy, and Colin, her sickly cousin, she restores the garden to its former beauty, and in the process, Colin's health mends as does his relationship with his father. The show opens January 23, 2009.
