StARR (St. Alban's Railroad) presents its annual open house, featuring the largest HO scale model railroad layout in Delaware County. StARR often gives visiting children impromptu one on one operating lessons, making this a kid friendly event. StARR has updated and enlarged its hands on display, which includes every ones favorite train Thomas the Tank.
