Journey to an underwater world in KidZone |
If your planning to visit the Adventure Aquarium a must see attraction is their all-new KidZone www.kidzone2012.com - a dedicated play space designed for kids 6 & under that allows children to connect with nature by getting hands on and doing what they do best...play!
Parents and scientists agree that play is essential to the healthy growth and development of children. As kids play, they learn to solve problems, get along with others and develop the fine and gross motor skills needed to develop. In the simplest terms, play helps kids make sense of the world around them. With this in mind, Adventure Aquarium created KidZone, an exhibit specifically designed to appeal to a child’s natural curiosity to explore. The newly renovated space, located on the second floor of the Aquarium in Zone C, features vibrant and colorful décor, adorable characters, cool animals and touch species, and a series of interactive activities specifically designed to promote learning through play.
Your host for the journey? The AquaPals: Gill, a curious shark; Lizzie, a singing hippo; Shelldon, a quirky sea turtle, and Bobbi, a lovable penguin.
