I have found the place for you, National Harbor Maryland is located about 2 and 1/2 hours away from the Philadelphia area. The National Harbor has something for everyone. It is located on the banks of the Potomac river, right outside of Washington D.C.. It features remarkable hotels, thousands of residential units, tree-lined streets with shops and offices, a marina and much more. The National Harbor is is about a 15 minute drive from Washington D.C.
