Movie Night at Barrall Field (rescheduled from last week)
Media Recreation Board invites you to join us for Media Family Movie Night. Yes, that is right, a movie under the stars on a 2-story inflatable movie screen. This is the return of the drive-in movie, minus the cars. Get the family together, pack some snacks, and join in on the fun.

Gong with the Didge on August 12th, a meditative musical journey through ancient world instruments!
Free and family-friendly as always, Gong with the Didge brings a different flavor to the park stage with Harold Smith, a didgeridoo master, and Randy Sutin, percussionist, and vibraphone player. This eclectic mix of ancient and more modern instruments comes together in a one-of-a-kind experience. Some people call this healing meditation, some are inclined towards movement or yoga, and perhaps you’d like to simply bring a blanket or chair and relax on the lawn by the stage and let the music wash over you. After the performance, head into Media for dinner and shopping, just two blocks away on State Street!
Bring your mini-DIYer into Lowe’s at one of the select time slots. Workshops hosted by one our Red Vest experts are held from 10:00am – 1:00pm, in-store only. We look forward to building with you and your little ones! Don’t forget – if you are unable to attend during your selected timeslot, your kit may be given away to Walk-Ins starting at 1:00pm, the day of the workshop.
