Join us for a day of archaeology fun on  Saturday, September 9th 10am-3pm, and discover the rich archaeological heritage that lies beneath our feet! This annual event is held in partnership with the Delaware County Planning Department.




Celebrate our Mid-Atlantic Little League Champions next Saturday, September 9th! The parade will be held on State Street at 3 pm with a ceremony immediately following at Barrall Field.




The mission of the Edgmont Township Community Day is to bring together the community, businesses, township staff, and government officials and to foster a deeper sense of community, pride, optimism, positivity, and inclusiveness within Edgmont Township.



Bryn Mawr Day is on Saturday, September. 9th It’s 9 to 2. There will be a petting zoo, firetruck rides, food trucks, and a farmers’ market.



Learn about the soap making process used for laundry in the 18th century, including making lye using a lye barrel. Participants will make their own soap to take home. This workshop will be held outside, and we ask participants to dress comfortably for the weather. For safety reasons, the minimum age for this workshop is 10 years old. Participants between the ages of 10 and 16 will need to be accompanied by a guardian also participating in the workshop. No food will be provided; participants are encouraged to bring their own snacks and drinks.



This year’s expos will feature vendors from across the country selling quality live reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, food items, supplies, books, cages, and related accessories at discounted prices. The luxurious state-of-the-art venues have ample room to view vendor displays, are climatically controlled, and have plenty of on-site free parking.




The Media Multicultural Music Festival will feature a diverse array of music, food trucks, and more. 

Come out to this fun and free event on September 9th, 12-6 PM, at the Media courthouse quad located at 201 W Front Street.



Haverford Music Festival (a WXPN Welcomes Event) will also feature original music from these 16 artists, playing Jazz, Rock, Pop, Folk, Country and Blues! There will be food booths and trucks, vendors, kids’ activities, beer and wine gardens, and fun for the whole family.  Admission is FREE, a $5 donation per person is encouraged.



Pennsylvania Renaissance Faire at Mount Hope Estate. Guests can experience themed entertainment, food,  contests, and activities. Tickets should be purchased online in advance to guarantee admission.

The Philadelphia Museum of Art guests can pay what they wish for admission every Friday evening and the first Sunday of the month. Reservations are required.
